Several of our federal clients have used FAR Simplified Acquisitions Provisions to procure our services.

Simplified Acquisition
The Lever Group’s relationships with other agencies began under the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13 “small business set-aside” provision. Under this Simplified Acquisition provision, our clients may initially contract with us to provide services up to $100K. As we demonstrate our skills and performance, our clients may then extend our services not to exceed the FAR Subpart 13 threshold of $5M.

Most Federal Agencies comply or exceed the initial cap of $100K. As an example the Department of Homeland Security Acquisition Regulation (HSAR) Part 3013 contains a Simplified Acquisition provisions with an extended initial cap of $200K.

GSA Schedule
A GSA FSS Schedule is expected to be available in FY2006.

Small Business Status
We are registered in the Central Contractor Registration database (CCR) as a small business and are currently completing the application process for SBA 8(a) vendor status.
