John A Lever, Managing Partner

Mr. Lever has over 20 years of experience in business and founded the Lever Group in 2004. His experience in management consulting includes supporting clients, managing programs and leading practice teams at BearingPoint, KPMG and KPMG Consulting. Mr. Lever has also served as Chief Information Officer for Navix Radiology Systems, a multistate health care firm.

Mr. Lever is a community leader in Washington District of Columbia (DC) and has served as an Advisory Neighborhood Commissioner (www.anc2e.com ) for the DC Government.

Arvind Deshpande, Director of Strategic Management

Mr. Deshpande is a Director with accomplishments and practical experience in portfolio management, capital planning and investment controls in federal government and corporate internal controls. He is a seasoned professional with strong leadership skills in project management, risk management, and interpersonal relations through articulate and succinct oral and written communication. Mr. Deshpande is a Project Management Professional (PMP) that maintains core competencies in the fields of Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC), Quantitative & Qualitative Analysis, Risk Management, Regulatory & Corporate Compliance and Project Management.

Mr. Deshpande has worked with both corporate commercial and federal clients in developing and managing their business management, portfolio management processes, financial reporting and internal controls. Mr. Deshpande is a U.S. Citizen, and a holder of Public Trust clearance with the Department of Homeland Security/FEMA.
